Shipping Policy (EU Customers)
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with GenusProm. It is designed to comply with EU consumer protection laws and payment processing standards of Stripe.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Areas
We ship to countries within the European Union.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the EU is:
• 3–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections (if applicable), weather conditions, or peak seasons.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been handed over.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Where applicable:
• Standard shipping costs are included in the total order price shown at checkout
• Any additional delivery options (express shipping) will be clearly indicated
There are no hidden fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if tracking is available for your shipment).
It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address to receive tracking updates.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, reshipping costs may apply.
7. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.
If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please:
• Note the damage with the carrier when accepting delivery, and
• Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
8. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
• Failure to collect from pickup point
• Multiple failed delivery attempts
• Refusal of delivery without legal basis
We may deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.
If shipping outside the EU (where applicable), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Strikes
• Carrier disruptions
• Government restrictions
In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and work to minimize the impact.
